Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a pricing error is identified.

3. Orders and payments

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email or WhatsApp. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We are not liable for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from order confirmation.
Vinayak Footwear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or alteration are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason.
Reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion. In some cases, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order via our Contact page or WhatsApp.
