Return Window
You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale, worn footwear, or products without original packaging cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
